Entry title: Reflection of '09

2009 was a fun, different and changing year for me, a lot of things happened but. Here's a rundown of them all.
Highschool
Highschool wasn't what I expected. I thought that we would be in a different class for each subject but apparently not for my school. I thought that it would be very different from primary but it isn't. I thought it would VERY hard and stressful, but it really isn't. So year, high school isn't what I expected, but in some aspects it was, eg, I expected to make new friends and I did. I also lost a few of my old friends, but hey, if I lost them that easily it must mean they couldn't have been that good friends in the first place (or maybe we are just both too stubborn? Who knows) The biggest disadvantage of highschool is I have to say, having to wake up sooo early in the morning just to get to school on time. But other then that it's fine (and it's also good cause I don't go coaching any more)
Friends
I sit with a group of 14-17 people, some people sometimes sits with us, but some people always do. I have to admit though, I'm not close to all of them, in fact if I had to number how many people I feel like I can be myself with it would only be 9 ( one that I don't sit with) give or take a few. But as people say, one (or maybe two) really really good friend is actually all you need. I have realised that I have habit of changing very regularly, my friends in yr 4 arent my friends in 5, my friends in year 5 arent my friends in yr 6 and so this year I also lost a few of my old friends, but hey, if I lost them that easily it must mean they couldn't have been that good friends in the first place (or maybe we are just both too stubborn? Who knows) But I hope that in highschool it would be different and we would remain friends throughout the years, it should be easier too since there would only be two classes we can be in (since we are non laptops) Meeting new people have also let me see some unique personalities, those which I dont like and also those which I like and is very similar to me. As for my primary friends, I'm glad that I still keep in contact with a few of them =)
Myself
I have changed a lot. Yes I think I have, I was reading my old blogs and I was thinking, I was really mean back then. I swore a lot and I also got angry really easily. Now I hardly ever swear, and would like to think that I changed for the better. Another thing is, 2009 is the year I started going to church and getting to know God, I am happy with my decision and I hope that my faith would grow stronger each day it has also let me meet a whole lot more people. Other thing is that I have started relying on myself a whole lot more, we had a few group projects at school and you know, there are slackers and stuff and I end up having to do the whole thing. Yeah, thats what I mean, honestly I wish for individual work (apart from if you are getting on stage to act then yeah, I am so ready for group work then!) Cause individual work is seriously much more easier, plus everyone lives so far away from each other and yeah. I've also learnt a lot about my personality and what I should change, but really I can't. For 2010, I really want to be less shy and be more confident with public speaking and etc.
Other
Earlier this year I have become a fangirl of KAT-TUN. Actually let me correct that, its only a member from kattun (akanishi jin) i personally think that all other members are fugly (esp a guy named kamenashi kazuya and koki, the first one is the guy that JESSICA LIKES!!!! HORROR) and yeah, I don't regret it and it was fun while it lasted now, im not as crazy and the fangirlism is slowlly dying out but yeah.
Asian
My addiction to asian dramas has grown a lot, helped by the fact that my school is very asianised (not a bad thing) and so lots of people also watches dramas and so I have someone to talk to about dramas, before I had to drag Jessie and Joan into watching it (but they do like it) But yeh, I've watched quite a lot of dramas this year. I have also realised how I can't watch whenever I want cause there is such thing as being capped, which is very sad. I also started listening to more korean/ jap/ mando music then before. I still listen to english of course, but now my playlist is more or less 50-50 then 100% english like before.
Woah, long post but yeah, I think I pretty much covered it all =] Of course there is more, but that's all private.
